Orders are processed during our regular warehouse business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1 business day, and carrier pickups occur once daily on business days.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be longer during promotional periods or holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email us at support@josephribkoff.com

You can also track your order in your order history.

  1. Sign into your account and click Order HIstory. If you used Guest Checkout and do have a Joseph Ribkoff account, just click Track my Order at the bottom of the page and fill in your information.

  2. Click "View Order" in your order history.

  3. Click "Track Item" to get the tracking information for that order. It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
