Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel and return within 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods. You may submit your withdrawal request by emailing support@josephribkoff.com with your Order ID and the email address used for your purchase, or by submitting a return request through the Returns Portal. 

Once your returned goods have been received and processed, you will be refunded:

• The value of the returned item(s).
• The original standard outbound shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

Please note:

• Return shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Additional shipping costs resulting from the selection of a delivery method other than our standard shipping option are not refundable.
• Returned items must comply with our return conditions.

For customers outside the European Union, returns are subject to our standard Return Policy.
