    They are headquartered in Montreal where 300 of their 450 employees are based. The Montreal location includes the corporate offices, production and warehouse facilities.

    The Visual Merchandising Manager, Europe will be responsible for leading the visual concept and realization of merchandizing standards. The incumbent must have a strong understanding of trend and style that is reflective of the brand and core customers, the incumbent will also play a key role to maintain shop in shops performances and image across the European markets. This full time position will report to the Vice president of Sales Europe, and is based in Lugano, Switzerland


    • To seek regional specific opportunities to drive business results;
    • Serves as a visionary; oversees the execution of all presentation inclusive of merchandising, floor planning, and display;
    • Guides product placement and outfitting that is reflective of trend, reinforces brand messaging, and inspires the customer;
    • Partners with sales representatives and country managers to establish priorities;
    • Conducts monthly visual audits, trains stores accordingly;
    • Leads new store openings (shop in Shops) and coordinates responsibilities;
    • Partners with the Store Manager (shop in shops) to ensure appropriate support and effective scheduling for visual priorities;
    • Ensure the right level of in store (shop in shops) standard KPIs, by analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales;
    • Dealing with staff (interviews, performances appraisals, training, etc.);
    • To understand current and seasonal strategies;
    • Develops creative strategies to partner with field representatives in development of new visual presentations;
    • Develops and maintains a Visual Standards Guide in order to train and support Store managers.


    • Minimum 5-7 years of visual merchandizing experience, preferably in fashion;
    • Excellent organizational skills; the proven ability to take ideas from concept to completion;
    • Able to work autonomously and motivate others;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Travel required;
    • English a must.
