    They are headquartered in Montreal where 300 of their 450 employees are based. The Montreal location includes the corporate offices, production and warehouse facilities.

    The Ratingen Office Manager will be responsible for leading and handling all day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, results driven individual that thrives at managing a wide variety of responsibilities simultaneously.


    • Manage and execute day-to-day office operations
    • Act as a main point of contact for employees and sales representatives for the Country
    • Management of the Customer Service Team
    • Responsibility for Stock Sales
    • Coordination of returns including seasonal
    • Oversee inventory maintenance (p. month and year, together with Ernst & Young)
    • Communication and interface between organization DACH and Head Quarter in Canada
    • Interface between Customer Service Team and Sales Organization DACH
    • Coordination of sample deliveries with Canada and transportation organization
    • Management of Holiday request and disablement in coordination with country manager
    • Controlling of creditor invoices for the DACH organization (like telephone invoices, showroom invoices)
    • Management of the fleet of vehicles
    • Management and responsibility of IT equipment
    • Organization of Traveling and Events planning
    • Organize and participate in Management Meetings
    • Prepare employee communications, as required


    • Experience in the Fashion or Textile industry
    • Leadership and Management Skills
    • Excellent communication skills (Fluent German & English)
    • Well organized and structured and focus of operational orders
    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
